SYBARIS disclaims all liabilities arising in relation to such Objectionable Content on the Website. 10. MADE TO ORDER AND CUSTOM DELIVERY

All production and delivery lead times displayed on individual product pages for customized or made-to-order products are estimations and are subject to change. Factors such as material availability, manufacturing processes, and unforeseen logistical challenges may impact the final delivery date. SYBARIS shall not be held responsible for any delays in the delivery of these items. If an unforeseen delay arises, we will make every effort to communicate with you in a timely manner and provide an updated estimated delivery date.

All custom and made-to-order products require a 50% non-refundable deposit to begin production. The remaining balance is due upon completion and before shipment

You acknowledge that custom and made-to-order products are non-cancellable after order acceptance and production has started. No refunds will be issued for cancelled orders.

The user is responsible for the final approval of all designs and proofs before production. By approving the proof, you confirm that all design elements, specifications, and details are correct. Any errors discovered after approval and production begins are the sole responsibility of the user.
